Psychological counseling and therapy
My Approach
My curiosity and desire to understand myself and other people, particularly their behaviors and relationships, have led me to become a psychologist. The key elements I work with in my practice are therapeutic relationship, safe environment and trust, which we build together. I create a secure space for my clients by accepting what is brought into our sessions and being fully present in the moment.
In our sessions, I will truly listen and will take the role of a guide on your journey. I do not consider myself an expert on your life, but rather a companion in identifying new perspectives on difficult life situations. I approach this profession with great respect, integrity and dignity.
How the first session looks like?
In our first session, I will briefly introduce myself and will then be interested in what areas you would like support with. We will begin by discussing your situation and the problem that you are dealing with. I will be interested in its history and presence, and in how you perceive and experience your situation. In this session, we will also focus on setting goals which may change over the course of therapy. We will clarify what is important to you and what you need to focus on. I look forward to hearing from you and supporting you on your journey.
